You are booking a fully furnished SMOKE FREE non-housekeeping apartment directly with Gulfview Manor Resort. Beach towels, hair dryers, and
wireless internet are provided to our paying guest at no additional cost. Setups of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and bath soap are provided for your arrival. General Policy:
As we are a family owned and operated resort, we reserve the right to rent to those that are at least 25 years old.
A deposit of your first nights
stay plus tax is required on all reservations and the full balance is due upon check-in.
Rates are based on double occupancy for a one bedroom apartment
and quad occupancy for a two bedroom apartment.
Extra persons are $10 per person per night plus tax.
Children 5 years of age and under stay free.
One free parking space per each apartment.
Rates are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holiday periods or special events.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy:
30-day written notice is required for a deposit refund. A $25.00 service fee will apply to all cancellations.
